*The Summer Solstice occurs June 20th at 2:50pm.*
As the Summer Solstice approaches, I've taken a look back at the past six months - they've been busy for me, with the primary focus of my efforts being on my business. It's a lot of fun and work! I look forward to continuing to work with you - helping to work out tension from too much gardening, re-educating tissue from injuries, or perhaps recovering from a race.
Also - just a reminder - if you park in Reserved Space #21 for your session, please remember to hang the permit card from your mirror, with the lettering facing out. If you don't have a permit or can't find it, please let me know and I will get you one for your next visit. The management has started to monitor and enforce this - I feel this is a good thing as they are working to make sure that only Symmetry clients have that parking space for parking close to the building for your time here!
With more daytime comes more things to do outside, especially on the weekends, and I hope to also get a little closer to my goal of hiking in all the state parks in Colorado. I've got a ways to go, but I hope to be adding more state park stickers on my water bottle soon!
The warm summer days also bring picnics - a favorite food to bring for me is a Cucumber Salad - it's quick and easy to make... and easy to take to a picnic! I've included the recipe below. What's your go-to easy-to-make picnic food?

Cucumber Salad
1 Seedless cucumber, sliced
About 10-12 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 Red onion, coarsely chopped
1 T Olive oil
2 T White balsamic vinegar
2 T Feta cheese crumbles
1 T Savory Spice Capitol Hill Seasoning*
Mix all ingredients. Enjoy!
* I use this seasoning in a lot of salads - if you don't have it, use dried dill, parsley and chives with a dash of salt and pepper instead
